Digg Digg buttons & floating bar not showing on blog

My blog is new and I am a complete novice at all this stuff. The Digg Digg plugin was recommended to me and I’ve had it loaded from the start. I have just tried to set it up. When I preview a post, the floating bar and the bottom buttons show up but, when the blog is viewed from outside, nothing shows until I click on the “comments” link. (Haven’t tried clicking anything else). I have searched Google and the forums for similar problems but can find nothing exactly the same as this.
Here is my fledgling blog for you to look at and tell me what I’m doing wrong. I am assuming it is something I haven’t ticked a box for!
