Digg 3 Column by Small Patato. Where are Header Options?

I have a website https://cranicar.com/ and I would like to know where are my header options? Do I have to install it from the plugins or something? I need help badly because I went to the editor and I kind of deleted the header. I just want to cuztomize the top with: https://lordoc.files.wordpress.com/2010/03/hdr.png as header. I want it on top. Can someone help me get the code? I know you gonna say, oh get some help from other site. Mostly that happens. But I tried searching and searching and nothing came up. Can some one please paste the code?
