Digest blog contents

I am managing the mailing list for the Byte Club at Seattle Central Community College, and we’d like the actual post content be included in a digest form (weekly), and not just the time/name/subject/url that I can see is apparent in the tag lists. Is there a way to add the contents as well, or create my own tag to do so?
