    Hi,
I have just downloaded your multisite plugin manager and am having difficulty using it.
When I go into Plugin Management in Network Admin, all I can see are the unactive plugins. Do I have to deactivate all of my plugins to make them visible and managegeable by your plugin?
Is there any how to use documentation anywhere?
    Thanks

As it says in the text at the top of that screen, network active plugins can not be managed because they are already force-activated on every subsite.

    So my question still stands.
If I want to manage them using your plugin, is the preferred process to deactivate them first and then manage them with your plugin?
Is there any documentation or help to explain this?

You have to network deactivate them if you want them to appear in the list so you can manage them per site.
