    Hi
    I know this isn’t the ideal place for raising a priority supprt issue, but I am not getting any response from either the priority support or the contact pages on the website.
    About a month back I was in contact with someone, but they stopped communicating and subsequent support requests have only resulted in a receipt to say a ticket has been raised.
    I understand it can take a couple of days but it has quite a bit longer.
    My issue is this. I have the Plus bundle as purchased this time last year, which I understand gives access to all the add ons, but the licenses on the website under my dashboard say they expie at different times some this week, some next year and some appear to have expire last year.
    This has all come to light after an update to the latest version of GiveWP on my website which now says some of my licenses are invalid.
    Since my renewal is imminent I desperately need some supprt to understand what licences I do and don’t have and how much the renewal is going to cost.
    I am becoming increasingly concerned that a $$$ renewal fee will result in me receiving not a lot.
