Difficulty in displaying the menu

  • An error occurred after updating a new version
    Unfortunately, the menus section in Persian is not displayed at all
    This has greatly reduced inbound traffic
    Please help

    1. Can you please roll back to few versions and check if the issue is fixed or not?
    2. please tell me mbstring encoding is enabled on your server or not?

    I think the first case, after the update, I had the problem that I don’t have the previous version, unfortunately
    The second thing I have to do is ask the server administrator if it should be enabled or not?
