Difficulty getting Support

I have a couple of issues with Ninja Tables. Support was initially very good in giving me some guidance as to how to set things up. But the functionality I need isn’t working, not sure why, and I’m not getting any response to help resolve this.
I have pro versions of Tables and Fluent Forms but looks like I may need to move to something else. Disappointed as I’ve spent a lot of time getting it set up and it’s so close but for these bugs.
