Hi, I am finding it very difficult to edit the checkout page.

If I use the default template I can edit using my editor (Fusion editor with Avada theme) but then the check out fields get styled according to Avada, and just don’t look that neat.

If I use the boxed template I can add images and sliders, but none of it will show. Just blank white space. Doesn’t matter what I do nothing seems to change anything here.

If I use the template for page builders its similar – nothing I do has any effect.

I have deactivated plugins, and that didn’t change a thing.

    Any ideas?

    Hello @mrphillipthomas,

Thank you for getting in touch with us and sorry for the inconvenience caused!

Let me tell you that this usually happens when there is a cache enabled on the site.
Can you please let me know that are you using any cache plugin on your site?

If yes, then can you please try clearing the cache and check the checkout page.

On the same note, have you added the [cartflows_checkout] shortcode only on the CartFlows page?

    I hope this helps.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi, sorry to bring up an old topic, but like the user above me, I have encountered 100% the same issue.

I’m also using Avada theme. I’m currently using one of your theme’s for elementor. Images show up in the editor, but not on the live site.

I’ve tried clearing the cache and doing pretty much everything, but to no avail.

You can see my website at: https://www.snaptec.global

    Thank you !

You can also visit the exact checkout page here:

    Hello @nealwjh

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

It seems that you are using the image lazyload plugin on your site to optimize the images. So let me tell you that we haven’t added the custom support for this in the CartFlows.

Can you please try deactivating that plugin and let me know does it helps?

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
