Was refused the free 30 trial offer with the reason that we are not eligible for the premium version. So we purchased the pro version to test it out. Repeatedly messaged Blog2Social about the trial offer and were given no response. Asked repeatedly what it would take to upgrade from the Pro version which we had to pay for just to try it out to the premium version and were given no response. Even called Germany to talk to someone at the office and they called they received our email about upgrading from Pro to Premium and someone would be in contact with how to do that. No one ever contacted us about how to upgrade.

    Hello @guardian88,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear this.

Our support team always replies to all support requests within 24 hours during workdays. We received your call and your request was still being processed.

However, I’ll gladly summarize the answers for your inquiry here for you.
In our 30-day trial period, you can test all the features of Blog2Social Premium (Pro license) before buying. However, after purchasing you skipped the trial month and started right away with the Blog2Social Pro-license. Maybe you missed the link for the 30-day trial in our Blog2Social-WordPress description or on our homepage.
Nevertheless, with your Pro-license you can test all the features of the Blog2Social-Premium Trial as well. Additionally, you can cancel your subscription anytime with our “30 Day Money Back Guarantee” or you can upgrade your Pro-license to Business.

When we attempted to sign up for the free trial your software said we were not eligible for the free trial. Which is why we were forced to purchase the Pro in order to test it out.

We’ve also attempted contact on this exact issue 5 times with zero response from anyone. All we are simply trying to do is figure out how to upgrade. When you click the upgrade button in the admin panel it simply takes you to the purchase page where you can be charged full price for the premium license.

What we are trying to do is upgrade from Pro to Premium, but since we’ve already paid the $119 there should be something in place to upgrade for $110 (or whatever the total is) instead of having to pay full price all over again and essentially have two licenses.

But this affirms my point that you are very difficult to work with in the fact that it took 4 times of emailing and a phone call to Germany over 5 days ago (which we still haven’t got a response from) Only to finally be acknowledged because we left a 1 star review as a last-ditch attempt at getting some sort of response from you.
