Difficult to Install

I just purchased the plugin, but I have no way to add the License Key. Their instructions tell you to enter it in a License Activation area under Appearance, but it doesn’t exist. You do not have a Theme Download option on their website, so you cannot even get the Pro version, and there is no way to enter the license key to upgrade from the website. I am stuck with a purchase and cannot get Pro installed or activated. Their support site is weak so now I have to wait for a response.
