Difficult in embedding QuickTime into post

Hi folks. I want to embed my digital videos which is in .mov format into my post. However, I found it take extremely long time to load and during loading it only shows the logo of quicktime. What I imagin is that the video display one image as preview and buffering during playing. Just like any other podcast websites do.

I tried to install some plugins but they all turn out to be unworking. Please advise if there is any convenient ways to achieve my goal. Thanks a lots!
