différents problème peut-être liés avec la MAJ

  • bonjour
    je viens d'”hériter” de la gestion du site internet de l’entreprise qui m’emploie.
    Je n’y connais absolument rien en site internet, je suis donc complètement pommé et ne sais pas trop à qui m’adresser.
    J’espère trouver ici quelques ames charitables qui pourront me dépanner.
    Voilà, nous avons re?u un mail nous indiquant que notre site à bien été mis à jour sur la version 5.5.1
    sauf que quand je vais sur le site, des images n’apparaissent plus et il y a un problème d’affichage de certains caractères (les textes s’affichent avec des codes au milieu)
    Je ne sais pas si ce problème est lié à la mise à jour ou pas.
    J’ai également un nom et une adresse mail à modifier mais je n’arrive pas le faire.
    Pouvez-vous m’aider svp?

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
