    Hello,

    My page offers bank wire as payment method, and buyers or wires can take some time.
    I would like this – fantastic- plugin to have different emails for buyers choosing this payment method.
    Is this possible? I keep receiving emails from buyers saying “What is wrong? I already sent the wire! Why you keep sending me these emails?”

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The plugin does not send the emails according to the payment gateway.

    The same follow up emails are sent to all the users.

    Can you please tell us what is the order status of orders?

    we have a similar issue. The customer selects payment via manual bank transfer, the order status changes to “processing” and after 20 minutes the customer gets the reminder about the abandoned cart. Most of the times they are confused and call or write us.

    Is there any way to exclude specific payment methods from this reminder function? Or do you have any other idea how we can solve this?

    Hello @binok,

    Plugin marks the abandoned order as recovered order when the order status is ‘Processing’ or ‘Completed’. Once the order marked as recovered plugin stop sending the emails to customers. For other order status is continue to send emails.

    We are working on the feature where you can select the order status for which you do not want to send the emails. We will add this feature in our upcoming future update.

    That will be really great. When do you think you could have this?
    On the mean time…any trick we could use to avoid sending confusing emails to buyers wanting to pay with manual bank transfer?
