Differentiate shipped but not paid products

    Is there a way to distinguish paid and shipped, paid and not shipped and not paid and shipped and not paid and not shipped goods in WC? – I run a shop on [ redundant link removed ] and find hard to differentiate / dont know how to filter the different states an order can have.

    Here are the order statuses:

    – Pending payment – Order received, no payment initiated. Awaiting payment (unpaid).
    – Failed – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified (e.g., PayPal).
    – Processing – Payment received (paid) and stock has been reduced; order is awaiting fulfillment. All product orders require processing, except those that only contain products which are both Virtual and Downloadable.
    – Completed – Order fulfilled and complete – requires no further action.
    – On-Hold – Awaiting payment – stock is reduced, but you need to confirm payment.
    – Cancelled – Cancelled by an admin or the customer – stock is increased, no further action required.
    Refunded – Refunded by an admin – no further action required.

    I would like to suggest an extra payment status for dropshippers:

    purchase shipped but not paid

    @kosiew are you suggesting this is the On-Hold status?

    It is not a prudent business practice to ship before you receive payment.
    I want to make sure I understand you correctly.
    Can you tell me more of your business practice?

    I am selling products via invoice. I reduce stock, ship it and receive payment within 2 weeks.
    Basically I need to flag shipped but not paid products after 2 weeks.

    It’s possible with customization.
    The function can be added through custom coding by a web developer or one of the experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

    As this involves customization and not within the help we can offer in the forum, I will mark this as resolved.
