Differentation in the conditional fields

    Dear support team,

    I have 3 conditional fields in my form. So there are 6 Options at all to choose.

    I want to send out customized E-mails with active campaign to my customers for each specific request.

    I have download the contact form 7 & Active campaign pro plugin and don′t know how to give the right tag to each of these contional field options.

    Could you help me?
