Different zones in the same country

  • I have products varying from 0,5 kg to 10 kg and I want to sell them in all Italy. My courier has prices depending on weight and Italy provinces. Until now the best way to organize was using this plugin. But I need some more professional help. Can someone explain how to better use table rating plugin with the above characteristics.
