Different / wrong titles & descriptions shown in Google

Many many thanks for creating the plug-in!

I’m working on a website: https://www.jeannedebie.nl and have filled in all the titles & description fields of the plug-in. It makes no difference which keywords I fill in in Google, the website is only shown with standard title + description which I didn’t choose. Does someone has a clue where I can change this?
