different view from different computers of ckeditor

    using the latest version of wp.
    however, something weird- ckeditor is seen with mch less options on one computer than the rest of the computers.

    we have tested the admin side with ckeditor on 4 different pc’s. and in 3 everything is fine. BUT on on computer, ckeditor shows only some of the options that the rest do as should be. we tried all on chrome. please advise?
