Different title tag for specific archive Month and Year

Without site specific details or links we would be hard pressed to even guess…please provide such to continue…

Also please describe your definition of ‘title tag’

The title tag is between the <title></title>

I don’t have any links, this could be for any wordpress site.

Basically, I just need to check if This archive page is for April 2010, then echo this.

I know how to check for if is_archive, but not for the specific month and year.

One would ‘combine’ the conditional tags is_archive and is_date.

I don’t think that will work. is_date only returns true or false.
So I can’t check to see what specific date the archive is.
