Different Timeslots

We need to have different timeslots for different services at a certain day.
Our Situation: We have some employees which should be bookable at a certain day. Because we have two different groups Fulltime- and Parttime-Employees, we also need to have different timeslots e.g. one starting at 2:30 pm ending at 6:30 pm and another one starting also at 2:30 pm but ending at 4:30 pm. How can we achieve this for only one day? We tried several adjustments but also the blocking of timeslots with the “blocking times” button does not work. Can you help?
