Hi, I don’t think I can add an image here – and currently my BBPress / Youzify integration is behind a members-restricted site so I can’t give you a usable URL. Let me see if I can try to describe my question?

I do love your plugin. It really makes BBPress look amazing right out of the box! I think I’ve found most of the settings and understand how things work.

    So here’s my challenge/question:

If I am a logged-in user “bob”, and view my own profile /members/bob, it looks as I expect. It uses the theme header and footer full-width like all other pages such as Member Directory, Member Activity and Site-Wide Activity, and it has sidebars, etc. No error thrown. Looks awesome and like all other pages in other words.

However, if I am a logged-in user “karen”, and view any other profile ie /members/bob – it appears to be using some other template or is being overridden by something (I did check theme – the issue is also in twenty-twentyfour) or maybe it pulls from a different site template I need to try to revamp? It is completely boxed and contained (including the header and footer) into something that is like 500-600px wide? And it also throws a critical error (Schema.org/WebPage id=error in the body – can’t get the debug log to show any entry upon reloading the page with the error).

So, turning things off (first theme to twenty twenty-four) it seems I have two plugins (that even activated separately from each other) cause the error. The first is my theme’s premium plugin WP Pagebuilder Framework Pro and then the membership plugin ARMember (using the premium version).

I can go to these supports separately, but any suggestions of perahps some other troubleshooting or approach I could do? I’m afraid they’ll say their plugin isn’t the problem (but yours is – facepalm).

I will note the error does not occur when I’m just using BBPress and deactivating Youzify. Thanks in advance for any advice! I could consider premium plugin and support – but I’m concerned there may be some critical issue between these that isn’t reconcilable and I’ve already invested in the first two. Layers upon layers, am I right?

Good morning! Thank you for the super fast response. I’ve uploaded three images – the user as viewed by another member (shows the page contained/compressed in the box), a screenshot of that body source so you can see the error id I referred to at the end of the body tag, and then a screenshot of the page as viewed by “self” and what I would expect the page to look like. As well as how all the other pages look. That one doesn’t throw the schema.org/WebPage id=error in the source inspection.

Note that initially it wouldn’t take one of the images so I uploaded that one again successfully.

The URL is in the image screenshots (here’s the latter part – /members/bobblefrog/). For now I’ve turned off the restriction in BP that you have to be logged in and while ARMember is still active I’ve not restricted access to member profiles or the directory. Hopefully you can access it as I could (not logged in).

Again, I am happy to move forward in whatever manner you feel is the best way to get this resolved, including purchasing your premium plugin for support ??

Hi, I have uploaded the images again – it says successful, I was able to view the links below, and the URL is visible on the first one. Can you see the URL on the first one? I assume you can delete the images – I’d prefer not to post the link in a public forum if there is any way around it! Thank you.

Also, I don’t know if this will be helpful – but I discovered this morning if I went to profile structure and moved Groups widget over into main area, the Overview tab has the same issue as described above. If I move that widget back out to the left sidebar widgets the Overview tab displays as expected.

I’ve uploaded that as well here and left it as shown:

    Thanks!

I probably have the same problem on my site https://infosecportal.ru/polzovateli. To correct this problem I had to rollback to previous version 1.2.5 of Youzify.

    Regards, Alex
