    Hi,

I have defined slider from homepage by the strings translations for my multilingual site (using polylang).
Each of my 3 languages has its own slider (homepage-slider-en, homepage-slider-nl and homepage-slider-pt.
For another page I want to do the same, but I can not define different slider.
    For example:
3 languages: en, nl, pt (same page in 3 languages)
I have defined slider as slider-extra-en, slider-extra-nl en slider-extra-pt, but how can I give each one its own slider?
I have tried to define it on each translation page, but it only accepts the last one.

    Thanks!!

    Hi,

You have to create 3 different sliders. Not to translate one slider into other languages.

Upload your image via WordPress media upload and attach to a slider.

Create a page in your default language, attach a slider to it.
Then translate that page and attach another slider to it.
Repeat the process for your third language.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hi Denzel,

Thanks for taking the time to help!

    As I told before:

3 languages: en, nl, pt (same page in 3 languages)
I have defined slider as slider-extra-en, slider-extra-nl en slider-extra-pt, but how can I give each one its own slider?
I have tried to define it on each translation page, but it only accepts the last one.

    Is this what you meant?

    @wph4
With Polylang, don’t forget to uncheck the “Custom Fields” option in the Synchronization module (Settings > Languages > Settings tabs). Otherwise the last slider which was settled in your page, will overwrite the other sliders translation.
