the first is using a template that is using the class page-template-onecolumn-page, the other is not. You might be able to change this right in individual page admin area. See if you have something there to choose the template or page layout.

One page uses page-template-default and the other page-template-onecolumn-page. Choose the same page template type for both pages.

Thank you both very much! I think it’s resolved now. I created a new page and set it to the “one-column” template and then put in all the info I needed, and it worked this time. No idea why it didn’t work before, but…as long as it works now!
