Different Sign Up Pages

  • Is there a plugin or workaround that will allow for different sign up pages and different fields? I am currently using extra fields plugin too.

    For example:

    URL 1 requests
    Username
    Password
    Email

    URL 2
    Username
    Password
    Address
    Email
