We ship physical products and offer free shipping on orders over $50. This has worked great so far. However recently we started to offer a few dropshipped products.

We now have a problem where customers are getting free shipping because their cart total is over $50 because they are combining items we ship with items that are dropshipped.

Is there any way to split the two product types and have the cart calculate the total of the items we ship to see if they’ve spent $50 and get free shipping.

They will always get free shipping on the dropshipped items, we just need the shipping calculation for free shipping to be based on the total of only the items we actually ship ourselves.

    Thanks

    Hi there!

I understand you want to limit the minimum order to the products you ship only and not ones which are dropshipped.

This would be possible with WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Packages https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-advanced-shipping-packages/. It allows you to create separate shipping rules for different packages ( in-store products and dropship products).

Feel free to get back to us in case you have any additional questions!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
