Different results for the same print request

We are using the free version of Print-O-Matic. When we print a report, the first time it is not formatted correctly. If I press cancel, and print again, it looks as expected. I’m happy to pay for the premium version, if it fixes this problem. I don’t really need any other premium features, but want to support this plugin.

We’ve checked our code – why might this be happening? FYI – the reports are behind a firewall – so I cannot provide a URL.
