Different Registration Pages Based on Role?

  • I am looking for a way to have multiple registration pages. For example, I have a tennis coaching and a tennis players registration where I need two different sets of data.

    URL #1 /coaches
    FIELD A
    FIELD B
    FIELD C

    URL #2 /players
    FIELD A
    FIELD B
    FIELD D
    FIELD E

    Is there any plugin that allows this?
