Different registration

Hello everybody.

I have the following challenge:

I have a travelshop, over that the “normal” customers (B2C) can book trips.
They can be registered either through registration or directly at the booking / payment process. This registration is to be carried out via a 2-step email verification.

There are also “business customers” (B2B), who register themselves through a registration form and then have to verify them by the admin.

How do I get it that customers are verified by email and business partners are verified by the admin?
