Different redirect link per each post?

This would require a custom coding, you can use the hidden field https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#hidden-field-labels and then dynamically populate the hidden field via hook and use {hidden-ID} in your redirect.

The hook name is “forminator_field_hidden_field_value” The first parameter it receives is the value, you can filter that value and return the new one.
