    1) not without coding, WooCommerce and some plugins have access to this value and can override it.

    2) there is no setting for this. That’s the way the email should look, the preview is not exact in this case. Can be changed with a little bit of custom CSS.

    3) I see what you mean… there are so many different needs for the item metadata, every time we think we have a general solution we find a use-case which doesn’t fit. Again I suggest some custom coding.

    I’m sure this is not the answer you expected and I’m sorry for that but your needs are a little bit too specific.
