    I run an online shop with very different products.

    Now I want to add new products that are purely virtual and linked to a programme. These products will then be made accessible to the customer after payment.

    To enable access to these products, my partner needs the email address of the buyer.

    This then unlocks the product for the customer, so to speak.

    As far as I know, the email notification of WooCommerce does not allow a separation for certain products or the possibility to deposit a certain email for notification of a product that is purchased.

    Or am I mistaken and this possibility does exist?

    I know you could simply set up an email forwarding and automatically take the data from the email. But for this the mail client would always have to be open and the rules, for example in Outlook, are very tricky.

    Do you have any ideas how I can solve this problem?
