Different Product set per user per country

a user will only have a set of products and different prices depending on what country he is in. They may have the same product but have different prices.

There’s a few extensions on the that could be a good fit for your use case:

• Price By Country allows store owners to sell products with different prices based on the user’s country.
• Country Based Website Switcher redirects customers to the specialized website created for their country based on their location.
• Country Restrictions for WooCommerce hide products, prices, or add to cart button based on user countries.

It may also be a good idea to look into options to let customers see prices in different currencies. For this, you can use Currency Switcher For WooCommerce or WooCommerce Multi-Currency.

This is a store for distributors so it needed also to be in private. What plugin should I use or how to set up for this one?

There are also a few different ways to implement this:

Build a B2B site:

• Roles & Rules B2B for WooCommerce
• WooCommerce B2B

Or perhaps you could keep your store private for unregistered users and manually approve new ones: Private Store & Website, Private Store.
Alternatively, you could password-protect the entire site: Password Protected Categories & Store.

There may be other plugins that I missed here, or alternatives available on www.remarpro.com, so it may be worth doing a search there as well!
