Different prices per hour for renting a hall at different times of the day

I need to have different prices per hour for renting a hall at different times of the day.
I’m trying to set this up through Discounts using rules.
For example, from 07 to 15 the price is 50 dollars, from 15 to 18 the price is 100 dollars, and from 18 to 00 the price is 150 dollars.
If I select 1 or several hours in each period separately, the calculation is correct, but if I select several hours in a row from different periods, the rules do not work and the base price of $ 50 applies.
for example, if I rent from 17 to 19, I get $ 100, but it should be $ 250 (from 17 to 18 = $ 100 + from 18 to 19 = $ 150) or from 15 to 20, I get $ 250, but it should be $ 600 (from 15 to 18 = $ 300 + from 18 to 20 = $ 300).
