Different price for 1st quantity than rest for specific product

Hello, what i want to achieve is that, i have a product with price say $39
so when someone adds 1 quantity of this product will have to pay $39 for this as usually happens but my concern is with quantity more than 1 i.e
if someone adds 2 in quantity of this product i want to charge $10 for product more than 1 instead of price, if we select 2 in quantity then cart total will be $49 instead of $78 and so on for 3 product it will be $59, for 4 $69 etc
in all its like add $10 for 2nd quantity onward as price. is there any plugin which will help have checked with “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts” but it is applying discount to all products.
