    Hi there,

    You can set up a custom message at the time of publishing a post in the editor: https://d.pr/XyCpXf

    After that the same will appear in Facebook and Twitter.

    @kubazabran In addition, the feature to set a unique message per platform is currently on our roadmap, and will be added to Jetpack Social in the future. Thank you for using the plugin!

    We don’t have a precise ETA of when this will be released or implemented, so I am sorry about that.

    Jetpack Social uses the WordPress.com REST API to share your posts on your social media accounts, so I doubt this could be easily implemented through custom development.
