Different Membership Form for each Plan

A couple of weeks ago I’ve requested support on how to display the membership plan selection screen before the vendor’s registration.

But I wanted to know if it’s possible to create a separate registration form depending on which plan the vendor chooses.

@naestanteonline you succeeded to have different forms?
I was thinking to create the fields and hide them base on a membership id or class, but I don’t know exactly how do I get it.
