    Hello

I have a very strange behavior. With the roles “admin/customer/visitor” the navigation behaves normally. With the role “Contributor” a margin-top:897px !important and with the role “Store manager” a margin-top:1400.11px !important is added to the navigation. What can be the reason for this?

    Here are three examples:

    Contributor

    Store manager

As an admin/customer/visitor there are no problems

    Greetings

    Hi,

WP Sticky does not check or take into account the user role in any way. It only looks at the element’s CSS before making it sticky in order to properly position it. So the only thing I can think of is that the theme or a plugin is adding some extra CSS for Contributor and Store manager user roles.

You could try disabling other plugins one by one and see if the issue goes away, or temporarily switching to a different theme and see if it goes away.

If you can find one that is causing the issue let us know and we will check it on our end as well and see if there’s anything we can do.
