different logo for mobile and tablet

  • Hello, I would like to put a different logo for devices with has less than a certain amount of screen width = mobile, tablets, iPads, etc.

    The Customizr theme suggest a logo of 250×100, but it is still too big for mobiles! Instead on PC it could be even bigger.

    So I am wondering about adding another image for mobile and tablet OR reducing the size of logo for mobile and tablet.
