Different link displaying depending on logged in or not

I’m baffled. I created a page and linked an image to another page on the site. Then, I changed that link to a page on another site. I updated the page, and when I’m logged in, the change is reflected on the page. But when anyone is not logged in, it still shows the old link. I’ve double and triple checked that the page is saved correctly, and I’ve cleared the cache multiple times. Still shows the old link when not logged in.
