Different invoice templates for different products?

Hello, first of all, great plugin!
My question is about the use of different templates for invoices.
Is it possible to add a filter or something that would work the following way:
IF product belongs to xxx or yyy category, on it’s purchase, send THIS invoice template, else if the product doesn’t belong to these categories, send standard invoice template?
