    Hi,

Is it possible to send a different invoice when specific product category is met. In my situation, I would have 3 different invoices to send conditionaly.

That would involve having multiple templates with specific fields in it.

I am already using your plugin in conjunction with Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce (ThemeHigh).

    Thanks

    Hello @pictogram,

Could you be more specific with how different you need things to be?
    – What is the condition?
    – What is the information that needs to change?
    – Do you need design changes?
    – …having multiple templates… How many?

Please keep in mind that the support we offer in the free version may be limited. ??

    Thanks Darren for your reply

Here is a quick video that resume what I am trying to achieve : https://www.loom.com/share/28970ab6ac1d45ac8912d2d946f8dc96

At this point, i’m just asking if it’s possible.

    Thanks

    Hi @pictogram,

Thanks for the screen recording and explanation.

This is certainly possible, but instead of using multiple templates, you can check the product category as a condition to display the specific custom fields for each category. It will require a custom code snippet that we can offer as part of premium support if you have a license. As this is beyond the free support, please write to [email protected] for further details.
