different images for desktop and mobile

Hello, I’m new here and in wordpress so I decide to ask pro-s
I have a banner on top of every post which i made and setup with Random Banner plugin.
I want this banner to lead to another page which i want to represent another banner but with more information. That’s why i need different images for mobile and desktop versions, so the texts will be large enough to be seen clear. If you have some ideas how to make this i will be very happy
