How can set different banner image for pages? usually if we set feature image of pages WP uses that as header image else the default header image, e.g. in WP official themes like twenty ten-eleven etc.

    Hi belchandan,

It is not possible to have different header/banner image in different pages but you can use the feature using banner-width-widget position. So please follow this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=El0SWV10a0U

    Thanks

oh, we need to be very simple to manage the content in CMS and keep things in one place, rather than creating widgets for each page as suggested in the shared video.

Can we achieve that by some custom code in child theme?

    Thanks

    Hi belchandan,

We have provided that video for keeping the widget visibility, if needed to show only in one page, so could please watch it again. We can use the widgets for keeping the data in every page, if we need in only one page then we can use the widget-visibility to show the data in only page.

    Thanks

Actually in need different in different pages and wanted to make is simple to manage from pages only, rather than going to widget every time when create new page, so basically I need separate banner or header image in each page.

    Hi belchandan,

It is easy to keep the header image with help of widget rather then keeping coding in the page. Please follow your own steps in which you fell comfortable.

    Thanks
