Different GA code for different language and domain

  • Hey there,

    We are using WPML and Complianz for one website with Finnish and other language is Swedish they each have a separate domains. Previously we could just setup the header in a way that allows the other script to work in that language since it has a different GA code. But since we are currently using Complianz there doesn’t seem to be a way to do it since both sides share the same setup and we can’ only put the both GA codes ‘t specify the tags per language only globally. Any ideas how we could get this working?

    Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to inform you that Complianz loads only one GA/GTM at a time. However, you could set up both of your GAs using Google Tag Manager as explained in a guide like this.
    Alternatively, you could manually insert the code in the header as you have done in the past and select “No” for “Do you want Complianz to add Google Analytics to your website?” in Wizard > Consent > Statistics configuration. In this way, you will have your own configuration and Complianz will manage the consent.
