Different feed for different language

Hello. I’m using Facebook for Woocommerce plugin. My site is multilanguage (Slovenian / Croatian), built with WPML. I’m also using different domain for each lahugage. I would like to use a different facebook feed for each of the languages. I would be able to do this if I was using multisite, but I’m not, I’m using WPML. How can I achieve this? Many thanks!
