Different Event tickets as Products in WC

  • Hi, thank you for your excellent plugin and previous support. Our site is now live and I have run into a use case that I cannot seem to solve.

    Specifically, I have set up an event with two different types of tickets at two different prices. One ticket is for members and the other ticket is for non-members. For each event, the plugin creates a product for the member ticket but I cannot seem to find a product for the non-member ticket.

    Can you let me know how I can access each type of ticket in the WooCommerce admin interface. Thanks in Advance.

    Thanks for your message. As our plugin is working with the Woocommerce plugin, with every creation of an event, it also creates a hidden WC product. This hidden product is not accessible from the backend and front-end. It’s only used during the checkout process. But if you want to view the hidden product in the backend, go to the Event Setting -> General Settings, then enable show hidden product in Backend. And save the settings.

    @aamahin Hi and Thank you for your quick response. I think I have been somewhat unclear about my problem so I will try again.

    I have created a single event, a workshop, which has two different ticket types and two different prices. I need to get the product ids for each of the two different ticket types for this single event. However, when I go to the WooCommerce Product listing, which is showing the event because I already have enabled the display of hidden products in your plugin settings, I only see one product id and there does not seem to be a product variation or any other indication of there being two different prices for the event. Can you provide me with some guidance regarding how I can identify the two different ticket types from a single event. Thanks in advance.
