Different encoding in Title and Description

    Hi Elex Team,
    I have just noted that your plugin is encoding in different way title and description.
    Explanation:
    On the top of file we can find:
    <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
    below….
    <g:title><![CDATA[<<<all letters here are encoded well and google displays all ok >>>>]]></g:title>
    <g:description><![CDATA["<<<<all letters here are encoded in latin not in utf-8>>>>"]]></g:description>
    Do you have any advice what to do to have full description encoded in utf-8 as well ?

    in the description you can find:
    a) Polish language letters (site is in Polish)
    b) html codes like ul and li (listed features starting from dots)

    Example below as you see title is ok with Polish letter (l with dash and z with dot above) and description is wrong (just in case second line is long and you can scroll it):
