Different Email for each Order Status Type

    Good Day,

    Thank you very much for this plugin and for keeping it free!

    I would like to know if it is possible to add an ability to send a different follow up email for each order status type. eg. Order status: Draft – Having problems with checkout? email.
    Order status: On-Hold – Having problems with payment? email.

    Hello @pandw,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, there is no such option. Instead, the same email template is sent to all order statuses. It is a good idea, but it might create more complexity for the plugin, and we believe in simplicity. But we will think about how this can achieve in a simple way.
