I made two rooms (service field) that I would like users to be able to book for 2 1/2 or 5 hours, but I can only add 1 duration.
When users book for one of the three 5 hour slots on a day, the 2 1/2 hour slots in the same time must also be blocked.
For example when a user has booked from 1 to 6 pm, then the shorter bloks between 1 and 6 pm must be blocked. Reverse when a user books for 1 to 3.30 pm then the slot from 1 to 6 must be blocked, but not the slot from 3.30 to 6.
    Is this possible?

  • It sounds to me like you’re trying to make a generalised product fit exactly how you’ve always worked rather than coming at the problem from a different angle. My take would be to define a service period and let the user string service periods together to make long or short service slots which with a resource of one would automatically ensure you couldn’t be double booked.

    Hi @wetendveld,

In that case another option is to setup a separated calendar for each room and setup multiple services for each calendar. Check the following solution, it seems to be related to your case of use:

Thank you for using the plugin!
