So first the link to the webpage and then the name you want to appear in the menubar. Depends from theme to theme though!

You got your theme and then you can change the code. It’s usually divided into different parts for example. footer.php, header.php, comments.php etc. Different settings for all of them. The one of the menubar should be in “header” if i’m not mistaken. What’s your website, then I might be able to help more.

so you just have to adjust that. I would remove the bookmarker stuff though. Going to bed now, will reply tomorrow on further questions.

I just went to absolutetransparent and I don’t see any menu’s so I couldn’t click any links? BTW I removed the bookmarker, I suggest you do the same, nobody in the world uses it.
